Craft Guild Of Chefs Awards - Banqueting Chef Award - 2011
For the second year running our Head Chef, Brian Canale, was one of three finalists in these UK wide awards, nicknamed the 'Culinary Oscars' of the industry.
Nominations were sought for chefs who are responsible for a banquet style kitchen operation catering for large and small numbers alike. The judges were looking for innovative flair, outstanding commitment, producing a consistently high quality of food.
We are very proud of Brian’s achievement in these awards, to be a nominee two years running demonstrates his commitment to consistently delivering high quality events.
