Our Head Chef, Brian Canale, was one of three finalists in these UK awards, nicknamed the 'Culinary Oscars' of the industry.
Nominations were sought for chefs who are responsible for a banquet style kitchen operation catering for large and small numbers alike. The judges were looking for innovative flair, outstanding commitment, producing a consistently high quality of food.
