BEST OF 2018 AT MANSFIELD TRAQUAIR
This year we have worked with wonderful clients to design beautiful events, from working with Heart Production at the Outlaw King Premiere party to our beautiful Burns Night and all of our gorgeous weddings. 2018 has been a great year and we can’t wait for what is to come in 2019!
Biggest corporate event of the year
We had the pleasure of welcoming Laing’s Jewellers for the launch of their new Rolex collection in November. The venue was transformed by replacing the drape for trees surrounding boxes containing the fabulous new wrist ware and was set for a formal dinner. Throughout the event, Mansfield Traquair was lit, inside and out, in a vibrant green which looked absolutely fabulous.

Best party of the year
We did something completely different for a Burns Dinner at the beginning of the year – the tables were laid out in the shape of a saltire and were beautifully dressed with tartan linens, elegant greenery and thistles to complement to colours in the tartan. To top the night off our guests enjoyed a highland dance and break dance performance!

Favourite wedding moment
We couldn’t pick our favourite wedding as we absolutely loved all of our weddings; however, Yvette and Chris’ wedding was full of lovely unique twists!
This fabulous couple from Glasgow kept their wedding venue a secret from their guests: they were picked up in a bus and whisked away to the mystery location…Mansfield Traquair! When guests entered through the dramatic red doors they were amazed by the chevron tables cascading down either side of the room covered in beautiful gypsophila flowers towering over the tables with ghost chairs with the guests' name written on the back. The final surprise of the evening came when the silk performing artists began performing on the ribbons hanging from the ceiling above the guests during their wedding breakfast!
