Chef Paul and his team dished up the tastiest food from around the world combined with delicious cocktails, the finest entertainment and experience, all under one roof. From dirty fries to Mexican tacos, and Hirata buns, to Italian pizza flatbread, there was something for everyone.
With an incredible rustic transformation of Mansfield Traquair, it was truly a magical evening celebrating authentic, informal, smash-and-grab, big-flavoured food, perfect for any special occasion.
